Swiss Chicken

I was reminded of this favorite as Hudson picked it for his 20th birthday dinner. I served it with mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, freshly made applesauce and rolls. We had cheesecake and chocolate layer cake for dessert. Yum Huds and Happy birthday from us all


Boneless/skinless breast of chicken. (I cut it up in large chunks as it cooks faster. layer chicken in the bottom of a baking dish.

Layer a good amount of swiss cheese slices next.

Layer cream of chicken soup spread out on top of cheese... do not skimp add another can if needed Do not dilute!

Sprinkle with dry stuffing mix then drizzle with a stick of melted butter

Cover with tin foil and bake 45 mins at 350 degrees. Take off foil and bake another 15 mins to brown crumbs
